We had two septic tanks on our property pumped today, Tim did a thorough job, he is very pleasant and professional, and answered our questions fully. Very reasonable rate, I highly recommend A-1 and we'll be using them again.
I called with an alarm on my Hoot waste water system. They took my call and worked me in the schedule. The young man came out and was kind and professional. He could have charged more for the job but found a way for us to get back up and running for less. They will be my first call anytime I have a issue with my system again. Thank y'all.
Saturday afternoon call was returned within minutes. Upon arrival Justin was very professional and friendly even while tolerating my questions. He definitely saved the day. Even with a weekend call the price was much lower that I was expecting. Very pleased with the service and no complaints.
