Luiz from 1 Tom Plumber in the San Antonio, Texas site, has worked tirelessly at my apartment all afternoon replacing faulty pipes which were leaking into my unit. He is efficient, knowledgeable, explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. He is also very personable and if you have to have someone in your house you don't know doing plumbing repairs for about three hours, I highly recommend Luiz and 1 Tom Plumbing.

Jesse showed up in time and got right to work. He was transparent and didn't try to upsell us on things we don't need. We were having a smell coming out of our washer drain and he quickly diagnosed the issue and made a recommendation for remedy. He not only is going to address the washer drain but he will also do the kitchen drain for no extra cost. He helped educate us on things we need to do for maintenance to our home which was really helpful. He was able to schedule for 2 days from now to complete the work which is super fast seeing as other places will tell me they will come back in weeks.
