we have been going here for a few months & absolutely love it!! yesterday was a different story though — they went above and beyond for my gal! Taylor and Haley (I think Haley was in training) did so good! I cannot put into words how patient and sweet Taylor was! it was my daughters first appointment with x-rays& in the “big chair” and she was so nervous, but Taylor did outstanding with her! she never left her side once she realized she (my daughter) was having a hard time (just because it was all brand new) she explained everything in great detail to my daughter, let her touch everything, talked to her, made sure she was comfortable. My 5 year old son has anxiety around dental and doctor visits and some sensory issues around people touching his mouth, head, etc. Dr. Anas and the fabulous dental assistants at Alligator Dental in San Marcos were simply wonderful. They made him feel welcome, comfortable, let him write his name on a cool wall, and handled x-rays and assessment of the dental work he needed with professionalism and warmth. Having an indoor/outdoor waiting area with different sections also made a huge differences in allowing him to climb and play and feel relaxed once it was time to go back for his exam. We've been going to the Seguin location for 4 years now with 5 kids. They are amazing at calming my kids and explaining everything to them and to me as they proceed forward! Such a great place!
