Been here twice in this past month and was very impressed by a gentleman, I believe his name was Jeremy. He is consistent with servicing every single car that goes through the tunnel. He scrubs the front and rear bumpers whether they are clean or dirty. He is the reason why I bought the unlimited washes for our two trucks. Keep up the good work Jeremy!

The vacuums have powerful suction. There is also a tiny powerful air hose to blow crumbs, dust, etc., from small crevices and tight areas like your vents and rubber seals around your doors, which makes for a more detailed cleaning. They usually have bottles of Windex and plenty of damp microfiber towels to wipe the vehicles down with. There are plenty of trash barrels and they don't let them get overly full before changing them out. They keep the entire lot looking clean. Like most carwashes, they don't get 100% of dirt so you do have to check, and the drying feature leaves a lot to be desired. Having the towels available takes care of both of those negatives... read full review
