Liz at Awesome Massage has helped relieve a lot of tension based pain and other issues. After my first myofascial release session with her, there was some discovery of where issues lie and opening or softening of the problems areas. After 2 sessions there was significant relief throughout my back, a comfort which I have not noticed in a long time. Thank you, Liz!
I've been involved in and around bodywork 35 years and know what excellent practices are. Liz is a healer pro. She has understanding of anatomy and intuitive connection with her work that makes all the difference. She sets a warm vibe studio and... It felt to me as though she were playing the body as an instrument and flowing artistically through her movements with maximum efficiency. She dutifully offered 'discomfort' that I had requested and really worked me over good. Now to be safe I must schedule ahead... of you!
Liz has been working on my back, neck, and shoulders for about 5 years now and she's the absolute best. She is very attentive when I'm describing where my trouble areas are and her deep tissue/myofascial work is what keeps me coming back. I highly recommend Liz, especially if you're needing relief from chronic muscle tension ?
