TL;DR this person took my money to buy a heater i never received and eventually stopped responding. Manny Garcia, Plumbing License # m40711 charged us 3100 US dollars to order our water heater and that it would be ready within 2 to 3 weeks. After paying him, he said that he didn't realize that the company didn't have any water heaters on stock so they would have to manufacture and it would take a couple extra weeks. I asked him to send a copy of his purchase of the water heater to the manufacturing company, he agreed and then he never sent it after multiple phone calls, texts, and email reminders.
