We used this “The Cleaning Authority” servicing the 78261 area for two cleanings, and unfortunately our experience did not live up to what was promised during the initial walkthrough with Patricia. We also maintain a very clean home and do not have any pets, so there was not an unusual level of dirt, hair, or clutter to work around. Given that, it makes me wonder what else may have been overlooked had our home been more difficult to clean or more heavily lived in.
The initial consultation with Patricia went well. She seemed confident that their cleaning teams provided a level of service above and beyond other companies we had used in the past. We also liked the rotating deep-clean schedule they automatically include and were genuinely looking forward to starting service.
The two cleaning ladies who came out were kind and professional, but the actual cleaning quality was inconsistent. During the first cleaning, we had to ask them to redo multiple areas of vacuuming and mopping because sections had been completely missed, despite being marked as completed. It was obvious those areas had not been cleaned at all.
Additionally, during that first visit, the lead informed me there were several tasks they could not complete because they either forgot certain cleaning solutions or did not have the proper tools or products needed. We were told those items would absolutely be addressed during the next cleaning two weeks later. Examples included the hood vent cleaning tools and oven-cleaning products.
Prior to the second cleaning, I texted Patricia specifically reminding her about the missed items and asked that the next team arrive prepared with the proper supplies and equipment. Unfortunately, when the second cleaning took place, (one from the original cleaning duo) some of those same items were omitted again entirely.
One of the most disappointing examples was the kitchen sink. Anyone living in San Antonio knows hard water buildup is common, but with a biweekly cleaning service, this should be and is manageable. The sink did not appear to have been properly cleaned or scrubbed at all.
When I reached out to Patricia afterward to ask that the missed items be addressed and corrected, I unfortunately received no response.
I personally used Bar Keepers Friend afterward on the kitchen sink and removed the minor buildup myself in about 15 seconds, which made it pretty clear little to no effort had been made on that area.
Overall, while the staff was friendly, the quality control, follow-through, and attention to detail simply did not match what was presented during the walkthrough or what we expected from a professional recurring cleaning service.
They were fired.

I love that the cleaners will do little things like this around the house. I busted out laughing when I saw she had positioned my cat shaped nail file like it was jumping up out on the cup on my nightstand. I'm sure she's a master at 'Elf on the Shelf' in her house at Christmas.
