long story short moms funeral was not all paid in full so that was shicking in itself. I contacted Sunset because that where her plot was paid for and wanted to be buried beside our sister. Unfortunately many in the family were 0 help. Calling Sunset and dealing with Frank the funeral director made this whole nightmare easier to deal with. Frank was patient especially having to deal with some craziness from this family. I also would like to commend Johnny and Monica whom i never got the pleasure of meeting her to thank her personally. What truly set this experience apart was the genuine compassion demonstrated by everyone involved. It was clear that they understood the depth of our emotions and the significance of the decisions we were making. Their empathy and kindness provided us with a sense of comfort and solace during moments of profound sadness.
Highly recommend Denise Gonzales as a funeral director; professional, sensitive, and very responsive. She ensured our mom's service, program, and prayer cards were exactly as we wished. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
