I was able to apply on line easily & receive a direct payment to my account with no problem. The staff treat you professionally & show genuine courtesy. I have received excellent customer service by Venessa Sierra. I was happy Stepstone Credit assisted me with a loan when I needed help.

Had a little problem with the check I was issued but Im thinking it was more my bank's mistake. Regardless, Venessa and Pete handled the issue with the utmost professionalism and resolved the problem post haste. I wish my bank was as professional (i wont say the name...just say it's a BANK in AMERICA ?). THANK YOU STEPSTONE CREDIT!
