We had the best experience with Christian! He was very informative and walked us through all the treatments that were needed for our carpets and dining chairs. Great customer service and very kind and smart! We would definitely be using this company again for maintenance of our carpets!
I had a great experience with this company! First it started with Jacob who was very kind and just overall great customer service when making the appt. Then Christian was the tech who did the carpets and floor!!! He did an amazing job. He was kind, patient, great customer service and a hard worker!! Why didn’t I get to see the blue van, come on you all, show off your company!!! Just kidding. They service a lot of areas for the home which I would definitely use them again (maybe a little discount)
Had a great experience with Christian had a cancellation and was able toncomw out and give a quote and complete the job the same day. He was detailed with the cost and add-ons of the carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning service. I needed to add item to service and was able to add and complete the service as well. The cost breakdown was detailed sow I as away of all cost of final invoice. Carpet, area rug , couch and dining tables look fantastic and the downstairs high traffic area are clean and look rejuvenatedd. I would recommend and use stay fresh steam cleaning for future carpet cleaning. Price was reasonable , compared to companies previously used for smaller jobs... read full review
