Briana at the village of stone oak is like the LeBron James of cutting hair! I wont let anyone else but her cut my hair from now one. She's very professional, highly skilled and very sweet and friendly She provides fantastic customer service. Thanks again Briana! You're the best!

This has been the biggest disappointment over the last 6 months I have had at a haircut location. I have scheduled a time online, everytime, sown up to the location when I’m supposed to, and still get bumped in the list. Today, I checked in online, made my way to the location, checked in inside the store, sat down to wait, (I was “on deck”). Then my name got deleted from the list. I asked a bout it and was told it was an accident and I had to wait for the walk ins that were there before my scheduled time. I have walked out of this location 5 separate times in the last 6 months. This has only happened at this location.

I've been here multiple times and have had zero issues with what I want for my hair/beard. Very easy to get a chair with little to no wait. Service from staff is very friendly.

This place has gone downhill over the years. Just had the worst experience getting my hair cut that I have had. Young cutting my hair was struggle to do the simplest cut cut his hand; which I know happens, but he didn’t take care of it immediately, he finally put a bandaid on and returned with no glove, he did not sterilize his scissors and kept cutting. All the while the stylists were having a conversation about ones late night escapades. Not professional at all.
Terrible service, no accountability, no one came to talk to me, if there was even someone in the build that was responsible.
