You know, sometimes when I see a negative post after so many positive ones I take a moment to look at the person’s review history. If every single one of them is a negative one, I realize there’s just no way to please some people. Sometimes it’s just a “user error”.
The team did an amazing job today.
Thanks to Mrs. Broughm and Ms Garza who brought us fresh baked banana bread and a ton of fruit and even a plant! We feel so appreciated! I rate my team a 5 today!
My French bulldog and I have been to this office twice now, since moving to San Antonio. The staff is friendly and I have been satisfied with the care and needs given to my little Luna. The rooms and waiting room area are always spotless and do not smell like other vets I have been too. This is our new vet office in San Antonio and am happy to have found such a clean, affordable and caring staff to treat our Luna!
Great doctors that take more of a conservative approach (read: cheaper) to solutions. I've taken my pets here for over 10 years, and never have I felt overcharged or pressured from the staff.
UPDATE: still take all our pets here and love the staff and doctors.
