Mark came to my house, diagnosed the issue thoroughly, advised of what steps needed to be taken and how much it would cost before starting the job. Mark did an amazing job!! He was very informative, friendly, and arrived so quickly!!! Got my AC up in running within less than 30 minutes!!! The costs to repair are the cheapest I have found in San Antonio!! I recommend him and Sotex 💯!!!

Mark was very quick and precise. Knew what the problem was right away. Had the problem fixed within 20 minutes. Just needed a part that luckily he hand on hand. Had our AC working right away. Thank you for fixing the problem and having our AC working especially in this heat and having 5 animals.
