Very bad experience at the De Zavala location recently. Sent a message to the owner on their website about it and they never responded.The owner called me and resolved the issue. I appreciate the fact that he called me multiple times and made sure that I was heard and my issues were rectified. Happy with the outcome.
A bit pricey. But overall a decent cleaners. The nice lady Stephanie at the NW Military location was extremely helpful and friendly. I was tempted to go to another cleaners with shirts and pants but Ms. Stephanie's friendly attitude and kind mannered answers to my questions sold me on Rose Cleaners. Sometimes service can really make or break an experience. And yesterday, Stephanie made mine a positive one. I'll be returning for sure. And if anyone asks, I'll be certain to share my experience at this location.
