Victoria and the entire staff at Porter Loring on McCullough provided exceptional care during the arrangements for our mother‘s cremation and the services surrounding it. From the moment we met her, Victoria was comforting, kind, and incredibly present. My sister and I felt an immediate connection with her.
We are so grateful for the respectful, thoughtful attention she gave, not only to honor our mother‘s wishes, but to support us through every step. Her compassion made an incredibly difficult time feel gentler, and we will always remember the grace she brought to this experience.

The Porter Loring staff, led by Amy Goad, provided exceptional service during one of the most difficult times in my life. From the very first contact to the moment I picked up my wife’s belongings at my request, they made me feel like she was cared for and safe in their hands.
They were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns and paid attention to every detail we requested with compassion and professionalism. Our family is truly grateful for the kindness, dignity, and support they showed throughout the entire process.
