I've been visiting Vanguard Chiropractic for the last few months. I've noticed a significant difference in my mobility and a reduction in recurring injuries and nagging lower back pain. Dr. Murray took the time to educate me on the issues with my spine, and the stretches he recommended have worked wonders. I highly recommend anyone looking for a chiropractor in San Antonio to give them a shot. You won't be disappointed!

Honestly the best chiropractor! I felt immediate relief from my first visit, and the best employees! I wish I knew their names but they make sure you’re in and out but also taken care of! I love it here! Definitely got a lot more visits to go but I wouldn’t go anywhere else, definitely recommend it!

Amazing staff, and very knowledgeable and kind doctor. DR. Murry is one of the best out there in San Antonio. I have been going for over a year with no complaints whatsoever. DR. Murry helped me recover from my back injury fast and got me even stronger since the injury.Thank you guys!KJ

Vanguard Chiropractic is a family practice that focuses on structural correction of the spine. Our focus is on excellent service, great results, and patient satisfaction. The majority of cases will come with a recommendation for a treatment plan, which can range anywhere from 12-48 visits, exercises, and in some cases orthotics to help the spine heal. Our doctors are excellent with kids and we can adjust newborns as young as 5 days old. We also work with seniors and use a very gentle, light touch with both younger and the older generations. One aspect of the practice that sets Vanguard Chiropractic apart is the concern for your time. The staff will work extra hard to make sure you are seen on time!
