Found Neva through Yelp and the customer feedback. Went online to see what services they provide and see if so could schedule an appointment. Been procrastinating on getting a facial and thankfully, their website scheduling system allowed me to schedule my appointment in the middle of the night lol The following morning from scheduling I called because I had questions that the website couldn't answer. I wanted to get a skin assessment so they can help address any problem areas. They called me right back and answered my questions, and advised me to arrive to my appointment earlier, so they could provide me an assessment. I love this place! Received the best facial a couple of months ago and now I go for my eyelash extensions regularly. They all do amazing work! They are so professional and knowledgeable! It's such a beautiful, clean and calming space. The beds and linens are so comfortable and everyone that works there makes you feel so welcomed! Treat yourself and make an appointment now!!!

Went in today for microdermabrasion and oxygenation (I think that's what it's called) I was with Laura. She did great. I was comfortable, and warm the whole time. Everyone was nice from greeting to leaving. I will be back.
