Worst customer service from the front desk. I called as a new patient to setup an appointment. The person that answered was very rude and kept cutting me off instead of letting me finish. Horrible first impression especially when the reviews at this location are so horrible. I feel bad for the drs working there.

Awful service! Dr doesn't listen and rushes you out of the office. Not very knowledgeable. Just prefers to push meds that are not relevant to your sickness. Poor return time for questions. Very disappointing that when you need help and put trust into someone for your healthcare you get nothing out of it. My husband almost died because of their lack of care.

Today I waited 90 minutes for a 5 minute conversation with my doctor. When I initially told her about my adhd, she seemed incredibly dismissive about it and had a severe lack of understanding of how adhd presents in women.
