My lawn was overrun with BIG weeds this year. More than previous years, not sure why. It was out of my league to tackle this. I got several quotes and they included MORE options for LESS money. Took a gamble and paid off BIG! They also did Out Christmas lights! Straight rows. Like military lines! and took them down. They are holding those particular lights for next year already pre cut and measured!Also- after weeds gone, they tipped with rich soil! Gonna be AWESOME! I am leaving this review solely for the incredible customer Ryan was able to provide to my family and I. He was not only able to rearrange our lawn care schedule (last minute on a Saturday) to cater to a personal issue, but he also was able to remedy the fact that I left my gate locked by accident (only front yard was able to be mowed) and somehow managed to fit my yard into the mowers' busy schedule TWICE in one day. He was the epitome of what I would look for in an employee if I was hiring for customer service. Dependable, respectful, and humble/understanding. I’m a brand new customer and decided to take a chance on Macario Brothers after the wonderful reviews I’ve seen. So far, the reviews have proven to be true. I’ve been working on getting with Ryan this week and he went above and beyond to take care of my needs and ensure I’m satisfied with the service I’ve received. He even provided a courtesy follow up call once service was completed to see if I had any questions or concerns. So glad I choose to do business with this company. ?
