When my dad passed away last month at our house. No one wanted to pick him up to be put somewhere to maintain his body until preparations were made. Most funeral homes wanted money up front and were very greedy. But thanks to M.E. Rodriguez they picked him up after all hope was lost after calling many places. Gilbert the funeral director was very understanding and caring and assured us that my dad would be well taken care of no matter the circumstances of our financial situation. I called on the 1st of February spoke to Mindy. She was very understanding and guided me as to what to do to get my sister sent to the funeral home. She was very understanding as to our situation. After all arrangements were made, she softly asked can I help you with anything else. Well of course I didn't remember what I had forgotten regarding the arrangements. So she guided thru it all. Thank you very much for all your help. It takes someone with a great heart to understand and she is all that.Thank you for making me not feel alone but with a family member. ❤️

Funeral director Say and all involved have my heartfelt thanks. They treated us with compassion and understanding every step of the way and were very helpful and transparent in each choice along the way. They were easy to talk to and to reach for questions and updates.
