I have been here a couple of times and I always come out satisfied. Claudia was very professional and she did a really good job. The atmosphere was very nice and welcoming. I will highly recommend this place!!!

Earlier today at around 3pm i searched and found this place on google maps Then i decided to walk in and ask if they do walk-ins And they were all friendly and welcoming and they offer drinks? I didn’t have any but that’s seems like a very cool addition! I never heard of it personally To not make it long Excellent service and haircut and Tina (who cut my hair) was entirely professional, detailed, we talked about how i could cut my hair and finding my style and she was very nice with everything 10/10 for Tina!

Prestan is a genius and amazing with the clippers! Provides a great atmosphere, didn’t rush the cut. I gave him full control because I had horrid experiences in the past, and he came through and it looks amazing!

Unfortunately, we were really disappointed with our experience here, especially considering the price point and the way the services are advertised online. My husband’s haircut quality itself was not great … the fade and blending came out blotchy and uneven in multiple areas, especially in the back and sides, and overall the cut looked rushed and unfinished. On top of that, several services clearly listed as included with the package were never provided unless he specifically asked about them. He did not receive the eyebrow trim, ear hair cleanup, or scalp and shoulder massage, and he even had to ask for the shampoo service. The hot towel was only offered after asking about the shampoo as well.
My son’s haircut came out better overall, but the experience still felt incomplete and careless. We had to ask for styling product, his hair was left sticking up with a huge glob of gel instead of being styled naturally, and the barber didn’t even take the time to clean the loose hair off his forehead and face before we left.
What’s most frustrating is the disconnect between what’s marketed online versus what’s actually delivered in person. It’s unfortunate when businesses advertise a “premium experience” to justify higher pricing, but then skip multiple parts of that experience and assume customers either won’t notice or won’t say anything. If certain services are not actually being included consistently, they honestly should not be advertised as part of the package. People are paying for the full experience… not just a rushed haircut.
