Worst experience ever. No communication between departments. Managers don't know how to handle any issues or return your call. The staff at Kids academy is very inexperienced and don't know how to handle children

This is a lifestyle club, not just a gym. It's great for parents as they have a parent night out once a week and a kids club so parents can workout (or even get work done at a work space) while kids play. Our daughter loves it! The customer service is great and everyone here really cares about our family. I started personal training (shout out to Andrea) and weightlifting, something I've wanted to do for years but never found a place where I was comfortable and felt safe. She's amazing at instructing, patient, and really knows how to target specific muscle groups. They even have rock climbing and again, the staff are very friendly and super patient. It's a safe place for all levels of fitness to live healthy and happy. It is an investment to belong to a gym like this for sure. The freedom and growth our family receives from membership is well worth it.

Needs major upgrades, pool always smells weird, anytime you want to take a shower they are cleaning the showers and make you uncomfortable. They stopped being 24 hours and keep charging the same if not more money.

Emmanuel is the epitome of customer service. I lost my swimming goggles and he knew exactly what to do. He is one of the few employees there that knows what a 5 star customer experience is supposed to be like.

This gym isn’t great but it’s not bad. There is only two lifetime locations in San Antonio so you don’t really have much choice here. The problem is the amount of people. Like how are you guys even giving tours of this place when there isn’t any space to walk? Almost every machine is taken no matter what time of the day you come. And then decide to add more bikes? Why almost no one uses them. Add more treadmills. Those are the machines that are always packed and people wait on.

Best money my wife and I have ever spent. Phenomenal kids programs for our son. If there were more stars available I’d give it a 10/5 stars.
