I have worked with Don, Jennifer, Brad, and Curtis for years on various projects, including a few urgent situations, in which they responded more promptly than I could have ever expected (same day, felt like they dropped what they were doing to make it happen). The whole family/team is very caring, pleasant, responsive, and easy to get ahold of. It’s clear that they take pride in their work, craftsmanship, and having good relationships with their customers.
Updated review. Just got my Water Heater replaced after 29 years! Harrell Team did a great job reviewing my needs and making recommendations. Within hours of the same day, they were out and installed my new WH in the attic no less.As always very professional and courteous.Recommend for both your personal and business needs. They do it right!
Everyone is always nice. They are efficient and quick. There's a lot of businesses that could learn from them. (Vanguard and Varsity Boys Moving) I will be doing much business with them in the future.
