The service I received this week was average. The dry cleaning of black dress was average. The dress has a back neck hook n it was not locked therefore dress was not pressed correctly in the back neck area.

I was having a hard time finding the right dry cleaners for my dress. I bought it in Europe and there was no care label and no one was willing to touch it.I went into Five Star Cleaners expecting the same but was pleasantly surprised that she was willing to check with their in-house expert. I received a call later on that day and was told that I can pick up the dress this week.I’m officially a forever customer ?

I want to Thank Five star cleaners for always doing an outstanding job on all of my dry cleaning needs. From all of my 49ers jerseys to my suits. I would like to especially recognize Jordan, when I picked up my McCaffrey jersey last night. She is so darn polite. She acknowledged me quickly and was so personable. I appreciate her beautiful smile as she exudes a positive aura and an authentic genuine natural vibe.Jordan THANK YOU for your legendary service. Your future is like your smile very BRIGHT!
