My five-star rating is for David, who came to repair a job a Culligan service person was supposed to take care of twice, three to include the initial visit (the initial visit was to ensure everything was working properly with my Culligan water softener). I requested someone else instead of the same person who services our area because instead of soft water, we were getting hard water , and thank goodness I am glad I did.
David was the service person (technician) assigned. He began to work immediately after a firm handshake and a smile. David involved me in the process, showing me how to bypass the system and turning on/off water to the house. He encouraged... read full review
Although a Culligan is rather expensive, I believe in the saying "You get what you pay for in anything.". So with that in in mind, it's my opinion, our Culligan systems have given us excellent service for many years.
Everyone here seems to have a serious case of awesome. Especially the ladies who handle customer service/scheduling and the guy who changes out our tank (Joseph). Always a pleasure when Joseph comes around-so considerate, efficient and friendly. Culligan is your best option for solving hard water issues. I would recommend them to anyone.
