Amazing doctors, horrible management. Ever since they switched to MyChart/Epic they love to overcharge. I have had multiple friends that I recommended this clinic before have the exact same issue.I went for an office visit which with the previous system and the exact same insurance I only had a Co Pay of $30. But now with this newer system and the exact same insurance I was charged $30 in the office and got a surprise bill in the mail asking for even more money $89. I had friends that got charged the $30 copay with the same insurance that I have and then got sent a random bill for $120 on top of the $30 they got in the office....for just an office visit!Spend more than...read full review

Excellent customer service from front desk and doctor. Staff and doctor both follow up when I submit a request, either online or over the phone. Dr. Vazquez has been patient and friendly during my visits. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

There is very little consideration for my time. For example they booked my appointment for 1PM and asked me to show up 15 minutes early, however, they lock the doors during their lunch from noon- 1PM leaving me waiting outside. So not only did I rush over to be 15 minutes early, now my appointment is running 10 minutes late for no reason as there was no patient in front of me.
