I started going to Dr. Han Acupuncture for my severe menstrual cramps, which I have experienced all my life. Since coming here, that has completely changed! Dr. Zheng recommended Chinese herbal supplements, and combining them with the acupuncture treatments has been a lifesaver. After just a few visits, for the first time in my life, I did not have to take OTC medication or suffer through debilitating period cramps. I am truly grateful for this place. Not only are the acupuncture and supplements helping me with menstrual cramps, but I've also seen a major improvement in my stress levels and acne. I started seeing Dr. Zheng on my last cycle for fertility acupuncture treatment. I had been diagnosed with RPL and thin endometrium, with a history of other uterine factors. I had a Frozen Embryo Transfer that resulted in an early loss. My lining was 6.5 during the time of transfer.
I went to see Dr. Z my first cycle back after the loss, and within the same cycle, first time working with her, got to 8mm lining! First time ever “normal” since beginning my fertility / IVF journey two years ago.
She is EXTREMELY thorough and adapts each treatment based on where I am in the cycle, symptoms I’m having if any, my lining progression from ultrasound images, and the fertility protocol I am doing with the doctor. She also gave me recommendations of things to change and ask about for the next cycle that I’m currently on and it is working very well - approved and supported by my fertility doctor.
She is also a fertility research doctor. Very knowledgeable. She cares. She roots for you. She gives hope with paths to achieve success. I’m very happy she is on my fertility team now.
Dr Zheng is treating me for my upcoming IVF procedure, in addition to sciatica. Since coming to this clinic 2x a week for the past month, my menstrual cycle has actually been light and pain free for the first time in my life! It has always been painful and heavy so I was pleasantly surprised that this was a positive side effect of the treatment. My sciatica pain has also been reduced! I’m excited to continue treatments.
