From the moment we walked in Castle Ridge, we knew we were "with family". The building smelled clean, AC was cool, and the staff was friendly, precise, professional, attentive, and compassionate. Everything was on time and set up as requested. My family was treated very special by the staff especially, by Gabriela, the funeral director, who planned the funeral and all the details and requests with ease. We were comforted knowing our mother and my mother-in-law was in good hands. Nina, the manager, Brady, the assistant, and Hannah, the other assistant were very friendly and approachable. I couldn’t be happier with the services provided by Nina and the staff at Castle Ridge. You guys were so patient, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire experience. Everyone was so nice & very attentive. You guys did such a great job with our Loved one, he looked so good and services were Beautiful and went very smooth. Dear Castle Ridge Mortuary At 8008 Military Drive,Our mother Annie Biayobzcki died unexpectedly, and our family was devastated and in a state of confusion. Upon making arrangements for our mother to be taken to Castle Ridge Mortuary we were given an appointment to meet with our funeral director the next day.
