I have been making appointments with several different air duct cleaning companies to get quotes and I found the one I am going to hire. Not only because their price was the most reasonable but because of Sam. He is professional, no nonsense and is not a salesman. He is thorough and reliable and also gave me his personal contact information if I had any questions. With other companies giving me quotes I found hidden fees, lies, over pricing and a big push just to sell me. Sam was to the point, honest, had a great sense of humor. Sam was candid and honest. I initially needed a quote, but due to the style of my hvac system, the cleaning was not possible without damaging the unit. Sam could have cleaned the unit unbeknownst to me and taken my money, but did not. We instead settled for a different process that was still beneficial for my system.
