Lito @ Affirm Foundation was quick to respond, offered an estimate for cost of repair in a timely manner and gave us plenty of time to plan and schedule the service. There were 3-4 guys working efficiently from start to finish of job. The job was completed in the timeline we discussed & there was no mess left behind!

I purchased a home last year that is almost 100 years old and acquired the warranty w/the purchase of the home. With a house as old as it is, it has settled. When I noticed some issues I called Lito and he and his guys came out right away. They spent the whole day working and leveling the house.
After the minor earthquakes I noticed some cracks and things I was concerned about. Lito and his guys came back out, checked the level of the house (everything was right on center), and is coming back to seal the cracks.

This company and group of guys are very professional and knowledgeable in this area of expertise. They are proficient and do excellent work with a lifetime transferable guarantee that if any issues in the future with area fixed they will honour it. Extremely affordable and reasonable price compared to other companies. They check and measure precisely the entire foundation as a whole and each room independently unlike another company in town. Guys with Affirm Foundation work with you and your schedule being flexible for the homeowner.
