Very unhappy with this company. They came out in March, sprayed inside our house but couldn't outside due to weather. Now 2 months later we still haven't had the outside sprayed, I have called and left messages but haven't heard back from them. I prepaid for a yearly service by check (my mistake) and am hoping to get my money back. Will update when (if?) I ever hear back from them.

I was very disappointed with services from Texas pest management. I called to get services for nasty water bugs out of our new house we moved into. The guy came out, sprayed and said I might see them in a couple days, but after that they should've come back. A week went by so I called again. They reluctantly said they would come back by and spray again. Same guy came and sprayed in the one cabinet that I saw one in. A week went by and I was STILL seeing them. My husband called and said he wanted a refund because they clearly weren't spraying good enough. They said they would call us back once their manager came in. Very pushy this company is!!! I work outside the home as does my husband and we also have 3 children. Our schedules simply do not allow for us to be home a lot of the time. When we refused calls and told them to stop calling and that we would call for a re-treatment because they FAILED to take care of it the first time, they then sent letters to our home and continued the calling. We have tried telling them that we will call when we both have our schedules set and can be home for a treatment.
