The receptionist comes off dismissive/rude and could work on listening, being more helpful and not be so eager to get patients off of the phone. She is the first impression of the doctor and should listen to understand and provide guidance, instead of listening to respond quickly without a solution.If I have questions that the receptionist clearly does not have the ability to answer, instead of quickly responding with "I'm not a medical professional, I can not answer that" (yes that is understandable as you are the receptionist. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Nguyen-Reyes! She listened to my concerns and provided excellent care. I am so elated that I found a provider that I'm excited to continue care with.

Wonderful experience. Came in for my annual with Dr. Nguyen-Reyes. She was very thorough, gentle and my appointment was right on time. Kristina at the front desk and ALL of the staff made me feel very welcome! Thank you!
