I'm very grateful for the service I received from the PT assistant and the guidance of the owner. The yoga practices have greatly reduced my pain issues and I revert to them anytime I start to feel tight.

We are licensed physical therapy service provider with over 20 years of in-person and/or telehealth physical therapy for adults and seniors that incorporates elements of Yoga. We collaborate with your physician and medical team to develop a personalized care plan. Our services are covered by most insurances including Medicare Part B. We also provide cash-based service and provide documents for out-of-network visits for insurance filing. We serve the Greater North Austin area, Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Georgetown & Hutto. We come to you at your home, day program or living community!
