As an experienced Physical Therapist it is an unspoken "hand language" to have a provider who really listens with her hands. Her techniques, education and ability to communicate (verbal and non verbal) is at an expert level. I really appreciated her techniques, and her approach towards my therapeutic massage. She also extends her treatment to find the root cause of the issues I was having, which again is delivered in a very caring, sincere package. I highly recommend Teena, and appreciate our paths crossing. Thank you so much!!

Teena is a magician! As someone who suffers from muscle tension headaches often, I have gone to many massage therapists to seek treatment. Once I found Teena, the search was over. She has such a deep knowledge of the body and muscle movement, and her massage technique is different than any one else I've been to. She always eases my problem spots, and I walk away a new person. Thanks to her, I have been able to manage and prevent my headaches, instead of just react to them!

I tried to write a review but system wouldn’t allow it. Luckily got into it today. Giving 5 stars isn’t a real reflection of the service I received. Teena took about 15mins to take down my history and ask about my health in general. She explained reasons for issues that no doctor had ever bothered to do. Then she gave me an hour’s treatment, which I had dreaded, but it was so painless that I fell asleep. Need I say more?
