Secret of Youth (formerly or also known as Elle Massage) has NOT closed -- just moved. The new location is 1311 Chisholm Trail in Round Rock. That said, they're still impossible to get in touch with: - No one answers the phone. - There's not a voicemail option. - Emails are rarely returned (1 out of 3, in my experience), and when they are, the responses don't make sense. - The website isn't fully functional. I purchased a spa package through Groupon but was never able to redeem it, due to the impossibility of getting in touch with the vendor. Booked an appointment for a wellness package. Took the day off work. Looked forward to it all week. Drove up from Austin Showed up 20 minutes early and the place is closed. Doors are locked. Lights off. Its 3:10 on friday. No answer on the phone either. No cancellation . Nothing. Bad business! I waited for an hour, kept checking the door. Called again and finally left a note. Bad business.

They do not answer their phone so that you can set up an appointment. When you email them they answer your email at 2am. They cancel your appointment and then send a confirmation to you with a completely different time. I can't say anything regarding their services because I was unable to ever get in for my appointment.
