Secret of Youth (formerly or also known as Elle Massage) has NOT closed -- just moved. The new location is 1311 Chisholm Trail in Round Rock. That said, they're still impossible to get in touch with: - No one answers the phone. - There's not a voicemail option. - Emails are rarely returned (1 out of 3, in my experience), and when they are, the responses don't make sense. - The website isn't fully functional. I purchased a spa package through Groupon but was never able to redeem it, due to the impossibility of getting in touch with the vendor. On top of that, it was "nonrefundable" so even though SoY went completely AWOL, I am still having to fight with Groupon to get a refund. Based on this particular experience, I can't recommend SoY or Groupon; and I won't use either in the future. Buyer beware.

Booked an appointment for a wellness package. Took the day off work. Looked forward to it all week. Drove up from Austin Showed up 20 minutes early and the place is closed. Doors are locked. Lights off. Its 3:10 on friday. No answer on the phone either. No cancellation . Nothing. Bad business! I waited for an hour, kept checking the door. Called again and finally left a note. Bad business.

They do not answer their phone so that you can set up an appointment. When you email them they answer your email at 2am. They cancel your appointment and then send a confirmation to you with a completely different time. I can't say anything regarding their services because I was unable to ever get in for my appointment.

Do not I repeat DO NOT buy a Groupon from this place. I had purchased two packages, one for my mother and the other for myself. I've tried making an appointment with this place four times and they have canceled everytime. This has been going on for about a month. I work in the service industry myself, I understand that sh*t happens and sometimes you can't give the customer service you wanted to. But four timeshare? I call bullsh*t. I can't say anything about the actual service since I actually never got to go, but their professionalism or rather lack there of will keep me away.

I am so happy I found this spa in round rock! My husband purchased a spa package for me. The treatments were excellent and the atmosphere was very calming. I will definitely go back.

Aida's hands are "magic"! I see her every week and I always leave feeling good! Aida is so knowledgeable about the human body and I could not appreciate her more!

Had a facial scheduled and never was given a confirmation call and when I called the day of the facial to confirm, they stated they would need to cancel bc their facial person was out. Not a good impression for a first time customer.

Had a groupon for a Wellness Spa Package with Aida. It was AMAZING! I've only ever had one other massage and this blew it out of the water. Then add all the tiny touches Aida adds to your experience. I have never been so relaxed in my life! Highly recommend Aida!

By far the best massages I've ever received. I found Aida through Groupon several years ago and have been using her monthly & bi/monthly since. If you are looking for someone with a firm hand, she's your girl. She seems to find every muscle from back/neck to arms/hands to legs/feet. I can't tell you which part I enjoy the most. She knows how to work through my sore tired muscles from my fitness routine to the ultimate relaxation. I always feel wonderful after my time with Aida, she is the perfect complement to maximum wellness in my walk to health. In addition to the massages, I've received the infrared wrap and body scrubs. All so very relaxing and detoxing. Thank you Aida!
