We’ve been Pest Wrangler customers since we moved to the Austin area in 2014. They are fantastic, here’s a few of the reasons we enjoy being a customer:
- They are professional and courteous. They lock our gate after every service which far exceeds my own gate-closing record. - They leave a biscuit for our dog, which is always appreciated. - Texas has a lot of bugs, our house has no bugs. Pest Wranglers has taken care of wasp nests I had no idea existed. - They are experts on all things pest related. If you have a problem they absolutely will have a solution. If they only did taxes… - It’s a locally owned business and Steve (the owner) is extremely customer oriented, as-is everyone on his team.

Steve is very thorough in his inspection and gives a lot of good information. I appreciated his honesty and candor. He seems to genuinely want to help with whatever pest issue you may be having. He's not going to sell you a solution you don't need.

Incredible fast service. I have used Pest Wranglers for insects and rodent control for over 15 years residential and commercial. They have taken care of every challenge I have given them from mice in the attic to a snake in the room. Steve came to my home and within minutes found how the mice were getting in and solved our problems. Don’t go with anyone else! I have them come to my home every time I have moved. Moved here from Seattle (rats and hornets). None of the big bugs y’all have here! I was in a panic. Channing, who made the appointment, calmed me right down. Blake showed up, was so kind and walked me through what to expect, got rid of the bugs &, nests etc. My first experience with people in Texas - more than an excellent exterminator co, amazing customer service and so kind.
