Dr. Kylie was very professional and informative. She answered all our questions and even volunteered to teach a Matter of Balance class from Central Texas Aging. She instructed the elderly how to get up from a fall and how to go up and down stairs safely. She was a joy to work with. Tammie and Sharon
I’ve worked with Joseph, Kylie, and Natalie and they all bring a unique style of Physical therapy. Each team member is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. It’s a pleasure to work with them because they answer my questions and explain in detail what muscle group each exercise is working . They work well with each other making the experience and atmosphere enjoyable to be around. Sara at the front desk is extremely helpful and friendly. I’ve had PT at other facilities but I’m so glad I found Fyzical in Round Rock. The facility is well kept and clean and has a variety of equipment to work with. The front desk is primordial as reflective of the environment. Sara, the front admin as well as co-owner is welcoming to all, caring, flexible, smiling.
The PT session is usually organized around 3 exercices and last 40-45 min. It starts with a bike alternative and there is no heat or massage.
There are 3 therapists:
- Joe has the perfect combination of experience, competence and knowledge. He is also respectful of cultural and religious sensibilities which is the priority for many. And recognized an issue I had before I was able to see the Dr.
