This is the second time we have used Matt, and we're glad we did. We had a large building fire (4 units) and needed a lot of work to be done and upgraded to current codes. As in the past, Matt was responsive, professional, and detailed in his timely bid. His electricians were friendly and hard-working. Matt's knowledge of the City's current electrical code requirements was extremely helpful in getting the 4 units through electrical inspections without a hitch. His attention to detail really made a difference. Though clearly very busy with other jobs, he was able to meet our timeline to get our tenants back in their flats.
