Shane has always provided amazing work on my carpet over the past 6 years. I moved to hardwood this past year and have not needed the service. Now moving to a larger home with carpet upstairs and immediately thought of Shane. I realize you have closed the business but wanted your assistance on who to turn to for carpet, tile and grout and furniture cleaning. HELP!

These guys are incredible! My son spilt nail polish on the carpet and I couldn’t for the life of me get it out! Sent Chad a message and he was happy to help me out. So happy with the outcome and knowing I don’t have to replace carpet has definitely put my mind at ease!

I had a sofa with pet stains on both sides of the fabric. Carpet zen gave an accurate quote and stuck to the $ amount before and after service. They deep cleaned the entire sofa and added a stain treatment. The sofa looks brand new again. Courteous and professional employee. Took a bit for them to reply on yelp messenger, but calling them should be best way to contact. I sent pictures and dimensions to them over yelp messenger.

We have used Carpet Zen for several years to clean our carpet, area rugs, and just recently they cleaned our upholstered headboard. They have always done a fantastic job. They show up when they say they will and clean up after themselves before they leave. I would highly recommend!

Good value and service for carpet cleaning of my house for 6 rooms nearly 2000 sq ft area. They do vacuum and cleaning pretty carefully Only one thing I would suggest them for improvement is to wear mask while in the house. I would recommend Carpet Zen and schedule the next cleaning service with them !
