Training with Max and Lacey was the best decision I have made. I have learned how to eat right, how to exercise, and most importantly I have met my goal weight. Today I woke up and did my weekly weigh in and i finally reached my goal weight of losing 20 pounds!! 176-156 Very exciting but here’s the ugly truth: -Some times i look in the mirror and get excited and sometimes I look in the mirror and see the girl who was once 176 pounds. -Losing weight comes with losing a mindset that you once had and tbh I’m not sure if I’ve completely lost it. sometimes I’ll go weeks with out eating anything bad, but then I’ll eat one cheat meal (not even the whole day) and I’ll... read full review
My experience at ATX gym was nothing short of STELLER. I’m not new to fitness but I am definitely a person who follows fitness fads. Although I had done a lot of research on fitness programs, I hit a point during the pandemic where I was not motivated to work out on my own, let alone eat well. I knew I needed to invest in myself. So I decided to sign up to train with Max for 30 days. He not only taught me a multitude of exercises that were new to me, but also taught how how to do them correctly.
