Emileigh and Zachary did a great job with making my lil pup, René all handsome once again! As a new customer who just moved back to Lubbock after 20 years, I was eager but also anxious to find a groomer that both René and I love. Emileigh made the process very easy.From the moment I called for an estimate, to the moment I picked René up from his service, both Emileigh and Zachary demonstrated kindness, professionalism and care toward the two of us. So far I've only been once, but I will be returning! My puppy was so clean and they loved on her immediately, I knew she was in good hands. I'm taking my other two dogs there in a couple weeks along with my puppy for a regularly scheduled grooming!

I have two French Bulldogs and it can be difficult to find a groomer that de-shed them as they are are short hair dogs. Plus I must admit when I had a call to pick them up within a hour of dropping them off I was skeptical as of howgood of a job could they had done in just one hour.Oh. My. Word!!! They looked amazing!!! You can visually see the large amount of hair that was removed. Their coat is still so soft and shiny days later. Good job guys!!Good job!!

I’m 26 years old, I’ve been in the grooming industry for a little over 8 years. Since a child saving animals, & wanting to be around them and have them has been a absolute passion, borderline obsession. I have worked at many of the shops in Lubbock, & not bec I have a bad work ethic or anything. I just could not condone how the animals are treated in most shops. So that’s where Fresh Pawz came from, I struck out on my own with a mission to change the industry & if not that at least be different & treat animals the way they ACTUALLY deserve to be treated.
