Do Not Go! Complete frauds. They will give you wrong test results and charge you for RX you don't need! Took both my daughters in (ages 10 and 17) to the Rockwall location and was told they both needed bifocals. I questioned this at the time and was told it's not uncommon. I hadn't heard of kids needing bifocals unless they were cross-eyed which neither of mine are, but listened to the "experts". During fitting and pick up both girls complained that it made their vision worse but again we were assured they had to get used to wearing them and this would take several months. Went in for new contacts, got a trial set to wear. They worked out and ordered a 6 month supply of the new RX. A week later the contacts arrived at my door. They were the wrong RX. They ordered the previous RX. I went back to the Store on July 22 to remedy the situation. After waiting for 20 minutes I finally spoke to a employee at the desk. She admitted they ordered the wrong RX. I asked that they expedite the order because of their error. Desk Employee refused and tried to charge me for expedited processing. So many options out there when your looking for eyewear. It's hard to know where to go first and it's a beating to try multiple places. I know. I've done it. I am so impressed with this store. Great quality glasses, so many designs and options, everything onsite, and really low prices. Matched up to what I had heard. But what took it way over the top for me, and why I'm writing this review, was the customer service I received. Specifically a young lady named Araceli. Talk about going the extra mile to take care of a customer. She did that for me. Too long to cover every detail. But the message is she tried every option available to her to make me happy.
