Corky, the home inspector is a true professional, person who knows his job as well as cares and takes pride in his work. I am an engineer and a very hard person to impress when it comes to professional work and reports produced; Corky just impressed me. His detail analysis with descriptions and pictures in 50 page report is something that all other home inspectors should use as an example of how professional work should look like. CORKY IS KING! I have used Corky for my current home inspection plus 4 potential homes at the recommendation of my realtor. He has saved me tons of money and headaches. I thought I would have to use another inspector this go around and almost had a panic attack. Corky is kind, knowledgeable and personable. He makes you feel comfortable and valued. He listens and answers questions in layman’s terms. He is very thorough and catches things that are hidden deep.
