James was very professional and arrived timely. He was very specific on what was covered by the warranty company and what my out of pocket would so there was no misunderstanding of what I would owe. I really appreciated his honesty and his willingness to ensure I understood the process of the installation including that a permit would need to be pulled as well which was part of my out of pocket. I would request that the warranty company send them out again for any needs I may have in the future.Service: Water heater installation

James was awesome. We requested the service after hours and got a response within 1 hour. 1st American called to setup appointment first thing in the morning. Appointment set for 8am -12pm and James came before 10:30, completed the job successfully, and left within 40 mins or less

James did a super job. Fixed my problem fast and honestly. The last guy recommended an entire replacement of perfectly good fixtures. James fixed everything without replacing anything in 20 minutes. Thank you for the fast, honest service!Service: Faucet repair
