I totally should not be doing this. I almost did not because I’m afraid it’ll get too busy and I won’t be able to get in. This is the very best spa experience. I’ve had. The associates there are just so friendly and helpful. They have got patience of anyone on this planet to deal with me trying to figure out all my products and how to use them!! I highly recommend the spa. By the way, the thought of a spray tan terrified me, but after they were so sweet in convincing me I wouldn’t come out an orange Smurf. Okay, this place is the best kept secret in all of DFW. I have literally paid more for ONE spray tan than they charge me for unlimited sprays for a MONTH. Not only that but there’s a sauna and red light therapy all included! I literally thought it was too good to be true. And on top of alllll of that, the people are always very friendly and helpful. I’d give 6 stars if they’d let me!
I’ve been a loyal customer of Glo Tanning in Roanoke, TX since 2021, using their Lux One package and appreciating the flexibility of rolling over unused wellness sessions. When my credit card expired in November, my account was terminated, and I initially lost several prepaid sessions. At the time, this felt unfair and frustrating.
However, after bringing this issue to their attention, Glo Tanning restored my sessions and waived all fees, which I truly appreciate. It’s great to see a business that listens to its customers and is willing to make things right. Looking forward to continuing my membership!
