Michael and his assistant called in advance to let us know they were on their way. Since their ETA was going to be 15 minutes early, he offered to wait until the scheduled time, but we had no problem with that. They offered to take their shoes off before going upstairs to remove our mattress. They were both very courteous. I'm glad that I found LoadUp, and will definitely be using them in the future.

UpLoad!'s services were much less than the 3 other moving companies I have used. My job went perfectly! My driver, Fuad, called when he was about 45 minutes away, verified what I needed moved and asked where it was in my home. He was here early, and was very professional, efficient and friendly. I very much appreciated the text from LoadUp!, first thing in the morning, which gave me Fuad's phone number. Knowing I should answer that number was very helpful and removed a lot of stress. I get a lot of calls from unknown numbers every day, and knowing the phone number I should answer meant I didn't have to answer every phone call and deal with telemarketers. Really great experience & excellent communication working with LoadUp! Stephanie picked up our junk & was so friendly & let me know exactly when she would be arriving. I added an extra item the morning of our scheduled pickup & the process was easy & efficient. I would definitely use them again!
