*** DR FIDELIS IS AMAZING! **** 1. Very Clean and Neat Facility 2. Very Sweet and Knowledgeable Receptionist (Kendra) 3. Very Nice and professional vet tech 4. Timely Service & sense of urgency is exceptional 5. Caring and Compassionate Staff 6. Gentle care with handling animals My cat was brought in with urinary concerns. Dr Fidelis was VERY informative, professional, welcoming, and caring. He takes the time to explain and ensures you fully understand what your pet is going through and treatment. Buddha received a urinalysis, and Dr Fidelis brought my spouse and I to the lab room to show us the urine sample under a microscope, which was very educational! We were so impressed that he cared enough about our pet to show us exactly what was going on in his little body! He even pulled out a textbook to teach us about what we were looking at under the scope. He has thank you cards hanging from previous families he's assisted over the years. You can truly observe for yourself the outstanding passion this staff has for their career and people they help. The overall vibe of Kindred Care Animal Hospital is so calming.
