Excellent service most of them speak Spanish there but they do an excellent job. They have translator available.

I love Paty she is the best Ive going to her for over 10 years and she always advises her recommendation based on what you want. She always says I can do the haircut or color you want but let me tell you that based on your face shape or hair condition it's not going to look how you expect. If you let her know what image you want she will give you what you want and it will look good I love that about her that it's about quality with her. I am brave enough to do colors such as green and purple because I trust her to care.

Went there for a last min appointment. I got my hair done on a Friday. On Monday they were coming loose. It was hot in the shop. You would think for $200 hair style you could get AC. They turned it on and back off. My shirt was wet from sweat.Service: Braids

0 stars! Worst service ever! I originally scheduled my appointment for 9am due to having other things to do later today. They change my appointment to 10:30am, then called me to change my appointment for the 2nd time to 11am to avoid me waiting. I get to the salon at 10:58pm. She’s still working on a client. I still had to sit and wait. I didn’t get in the chair until 11:20pm. Then there was an issue with the length of my natural hair. Main reason why I wanted to be here early. Never again will I book with this salon again!

I just had my hair braided (crochet). The service was fast and my hairstyle is neat and just the length I asked for!The owner is very personable and knowledgeable!Lord willing,I'm returning for another appointment next month!

DO NOT GO HERE EVER !!!!! I PAID $60 FOR MY 11 YEAR OLD TO GET 2 LARGE FEEDIN BRAIDS AND THEY LOOK A HOT MESS AND SHE JUST GOT IT DONE SUNDAY. HER BRAIDS ARE DIFFERENT SIZES AND THEY AREN'T EVEN GOING IN THE SAME DIRECTION SO NOW I'LL HAVE TO SPEND MORE MONEY AND GET IT REDONE SOMEWHERE ELSE. SHE HAS THE BRAIDIND HAIR FLYING ALL OT IF THE BRAIDS SO I HAD TO CUT THEM TO MAKE IT LOOK A LITTLE DECENT. THE ONLY NICE THING I CAN SAY IS THAT THE LADY WHO DID HER HAIR WAS NICE BUT IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING SAY THAT INSTEAD OF WASTING PEOPLE'S HARD EARNED MONEY AND VALUABLE TIME. If I can give this woman 0 I would don't go to her she's rude to her new customers and won't take accountability for her actions I needed a touch up. If you complain or voice concern how your is braided she will take it out on you like your the problem and want to blame the customers for not braiding the hair right. Your better going to someone that knows better. Horrible customer service just run. God knows all and will definitely put her business in the ground where it should be.

I wish it would allow me to leave no stars because my hair looks terrible. The knots are huge and lumpy, my parts are crooked and uneven for the money I paid my mind is blown by the end job. I sent the owner a photo and she told me to come back in and get it fixed and “This isn’t the first time someone’s not happy with their hair” after I’ve already waisted 6 hours in their shop for my hair to be a mess.They do not have quality braiders and the owner does not care. Do not waste your money here!!Service: Braids
