My wife Sara Duggan went here for a periodontal cleanings, and she was very scared of the dentist. They use laughing gas, make sure they went very slowly with her. She could not even feel the shots. For someone with extreme anxiety she truly appreciated all of the helpfulness and consider consideration and caring that goes behind this team.
Everyone here has been so friendly and nice. My first visit I was very uncomfortable and having anxiety and they made sure that I was not anxious and feeling OK before starting the procedure that meant a lot to me. They’re very efficient have the best Friend friendliest front desk people and I am so happy that I found them.
From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was welcoming. Exam started promptly at the appointed time. Dr. KAPADIA was very friendly throughout. He explained the diagnosis and why he gave his recommendations. This is exactly what I want and am thankful to have found Richardson Family Dentistry.
